School-Based Programs
Conflict is a normal part of growing up. Students encounter disagreements with friends, classmates, teachers, and family members every day. Without guidance, these situations can escalate into bullying, classroom disruption, or long-term relationship damage.
Rogers Resolution Services works with schools to teach students practical communication and conflict-management skills that reduce escalation and strengthen relationships. Our programs combine mediation principles, social-emotional learning practices, and structured problem-solving tools.
We support elementary, middle, and high school communities through student workshops, peer mediation programs, staff training, and restorative practices. See more in-depth descriptions of our school-based services below.
